The wellspring of American Liberty and Virginian sovereignty finds its roots in France.

Ex-Mayor and Democratic Charlottesville City Councilor Blake Caravati embraces the French tricolor and the flag of the Commonwealth to commemorate Bastille Day 2003 and to fight the jingoistic naysayers of today's affairs. Sic Semper Tyrannis.
