The first stop on the Charlottesville Urban Eco-Tour was the Downtown Transit Station – designed to fulfill the requirements of a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design certified building, under the U.S. Green Buildings Council.

On the Eco-Tour, Peter Kleeman was gathering signatures to run as an independent candidate for the Charlottesville City Council.
