George,

I am so sorry to hear of Jane Foster's passing. For a few years in the early 'aughts it was my privilege and pleasure to drive Jane to CCPJ's weekly peace vigil at Ridge/Macintyre. She was in her late 70s and fairly infirm-- but quite indefatigable and always full of good cheer and great stories. She particularly enjoyed it when I'd pick her up in our convertible with the top down and sit elegantly beside me saying mischievously, "I wonder if any of my friends will see me in this lovely car?" Condolences to her family.
