There is nothing like a bit of birding at Virginia Germino's. Before I could even get my camera from my bag, a red-tailed hawk flew off its perch. Why do the birds and the bees frequent her place in such variety? Perhaps it is her great garden. Or her large stands of trees or dense shrubbery. I myself go by for her great cup of Joe and mean cheesecake. And, of
course, there is the conversation and the birds.
