I didn't get to speak even though I was there for 5 hours. But I WOULD have said:

This is not about abortion - which is still legal by the way - this is about an attorney filing a wrongful complaint about a certificate of occupancy. I don't quite understand why we are all here today. The CO is not in dispute.

My question is, is the county prepared to reimburse PP the $615,000 it spent in getting the building ready for their occupancy in case, if for some unknown reason, PP would be denied occupancy by the BZA? Or would PP just be out over a half a million dollars?

Sure am glad they won. Huge victory for our community.
