Napatree Point Beach 2007

Home to joggers, lovers, fishermen, sunworshipers, clamdiggers, and a variety of shorebirds, Napatree Point Beach and Conservation Area offers a mile-long walk along a sandy split separating Little Naragansett Bay from the Ocean.

It is adjacent to the small town of Watch Hill, which affords limited free parking, with more pay parking available, along with shops, cafes, restaurants and the Watch Hill Lighthouse nearby.

This photograph of the seawall at Watch Hill adjacent to the Napatree Point Beach in Westerly, Rhode Island was taken on July 27, 2007.
