It sure is interesting to note how the normally arch-conservative Virginia Supreme Court has sided with the ACLU and become a champion for free speech and the First Amendment in a case where the question was the right of white guys to engage in the rituals of the Ku Klux Klan.

One hopes they would be as protective of the rights of other people with unpopular, but non-Confederate, points of view.
