"I don't understand why we are having back to back events on the downtown mall. I, for one, will have to move my car during the break between the breakfast and the press announcement. The implementation of the new $10-Kevin-penalty for parking longer than two hours implies that the City Council does not want our business. Their other options are also incredibly inconvenient for people who have full time jobs. I no longer patronize the downtown mall.
