Dear George, There is the issue that these decisions were based on allegations of an employee by a patient. The decision to fire these employees on allegations, before the allegations have been fully evaluated (and have nothing to do with them) is beyond belief, I think. It seems that the University is very capable of knee jerk reactions to an event that has not been verified. It is just another way for the University to show "it's colors" as it relates to support for the employees. The best thing that may come from this is the possible financial reward to the fired employees after they win their legal suit to reinstate them. They could use the money, and I believe they deserve the money. The University acted too quickly, in this situation, to save their a-- and not to consider reasonable support for their employees.
