Hi George,

Similar to the police actions in Seattle, Philadelphia, Washington, Eugene, Prague and Genoa, I believe the local police actions to "prevent activity" has the potential to escalate disorder which could jeopardize public safety.

"3 squad cars and the paddy wagon and at least 7 police" to ticket "tooters" seems to me to be intimidation of those wishing to exercise their right of free speech", and intimidation could lead to escalating disorder which could jeopardize public safety.
