Dear George, Yes, but who can afford the chalk or the time to write - yet another pseudo democratic effort that leaves behind the victims of capitalism that can not afford the precious raw materials of freedom of speech. Will you provide chalk to everyone? and an education? and there is still the issue of the eraser. and the danger of chalk dust. Will everyone who erases be required to wear protective gear and abide by OSHA rules? or are they waived in the case of free speech? and if someone writes libelous lies about someone? are they lies if they are erased before anyone can read them? Before City Council rushes off to provide a
symbol/tool of free speech, consider their last foray with taxpayer
money to rent an artificial tree to pay homage to the birth of Christ.
