The policeman had been carefully coached to say that he was all for a "Living Wage" and that I could have caused an accident. He said the operation was run in the same way a "Drunken Driving" operation was run, random checking. He was nervous and apprehensive.

All the onlookers were stunned and amazed by this whole thing as they have gotten used to the noise for a long time.
