The SCOTUS made it possible for "cowbird" workers to have full representation of unions and the expenses associated with protecting their interests to not cost them a dime. Even those who say they won't join a union if they must pay dues will still have the union umbrella over them.

Clarence Thomas, a man who benefitted so much from progressive legislation, is the smallest of the small in my estimation.
