Did you see the sequester cuts for IRS? I think much of the rumpus-hyperbole went beyond the usual partisan shots at Obama. The off-shore repatriation of profits, plus off-shore tax avoidance, is so crucial to the big guys, that anything that makes the IRS look bad, can only blunt the agency's lance.
