I wish David would give some attention to Cucci's participation in the multi-state negotiations on mortgage fraud. Here, in my view, Cuccinelli has shown his true colors: leave the banks and the big guys free from challenge, while leaving families and neighborhoods at risk.

In other words, choosing to frustrate other state attorney generals who are less ideological, more anchored in reality than monetary mysticism.
