According to the Albemarle County Republican Chairman Chris Schoenewald:

When we got to Republican Headquarters at 5 a.m., the front door and the side door had been epoxied shut. We had to break into our own offices this morning. Luckily the damage on the side door was not as bad and we were able to get inside. We reported it to the police (report #2009-1010 [11/3/09]).
