Dear Friend,

As I told our wonderful supporters gathered in Richmond last night, the greatest part about running for elected office is the people you meet. For fifteen months, I've had the good fortune to make countless friends in every corner of the Commonwealth, who I'll always remember. You have been gracious in offering support, encouragement, advice, and good cheer, and in doing so, have made an exhausting journey memorable.

Our work is not done. I entered this race because I believed that we had an opportunity to continue moving Virginia forward, and since last August, I've shared with you my plans to create new jobs, improve education, and fix transportation. These challenges are just as important and deserving of our attention this morning as they were throughout the campaign season.

As we move forward, I sincerely hope that each of you will keep working with the same energy and vigor you displayed in recent months, so we can continue to make Virginia a better place.

It was an honor to serve as your nominee for Lieutenant Governor. Thank you again for your tremendous support, and let's all continue doing our part to move our Commonwealth forward.

Sincerely,

Jody M. Wagner
