George,

I don't know much about the motivation of Ms Johnson's endorsement of Bob McDonnell. But watching CNBC earlier today, I learned that Virginia was picked by CNBC (the business channel of NBC--owned by General Electric Corp.) as number one in the nation for the best business environment and the Commonwealth jumped from 17th to 7th in 2008 as the most successful state of the 50 for business success. If she thinks McDonell can improve on this record, given the active role of Tim Kaine supported by Senator Creigh Deeds in achieving this outstanding record, I say bring him on--McDonell's record, to this point, seems to me at least "Gilmore Lite."

I am puzzled by her actions, to say the least. Again, to me, McDonnell ably represents all the qualifications needed to carry the banner of the party of "No" for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
