A '527' organization, Common Sense Virginia, has been formed to fund a campaign against Republican Bob McDonnell in the Governor's race this year, independent of the individual Democratic candidates. The Virginia election is being taken very seriously by the parties nationwide, as a lead-in to the midterm elections in 2010.
