It is wonderful when a citizen, particularly an expert one like Rich Collins, writes an erudite article to your web page.

Although I do not agree with all Rich's positions, it is absolutely refreshing to see that he and he alone does not stoop low to use personal invective in arguing his point (but he did say something about "damn builders"?).

Debate on the issues, particularly this very important one, is necessary and will hopefully continue with a decorum that Rich now brings to the discussion. I wonder if the others ( Schilling, Hamilton, Lynch) can change their ways and do the same. How about it folks? At that time, maybe it will no longer be "crying balderdash" but a bit closer to genuine debate, albeit after the fact.
