It's hard for me to put my finger on, exactly, but there's something about that secret pocket vetoing policy of our incumbent President's that, I don't know, just sort of rubs me the wrong way. I mean, if you stop and think about it, what's the difference between ignoring a law passed by Congress, or 750 laws, and, well, just plain old breaking the law? And here's the funny part, see: if they said what Mr Bush did was breaking the law, he could just go ahead and ignore that too, right? Same thing if the judiciary got involved, I bet. Nope, he could say, that's what executive privilege is all about, separation of powers, and the buck stops here, so back off fellas.

Do you get what I'm talking about here, or is it just me? It just seems fishy somehow.
