Tonight, I watched yet another clip of Karl Rove saying the Democrats have a pre-9/11 mentality and the Republicans a post-9/11 mentality which he posits as the correct one. No one seems to ask if that means he thinks the Constitution is irrelevant because it is pre 9/11,
