I have bit my tongue for too long regarding Shopper's World-gate.

It is apparent from Mr. Collins entry to this web site on the 8th that, while he might have disagreed, he understood that he did not have a personal right to campaign in the parking lot without permission. Did he seek prior permission like the county party does when it campaigns in other mall parking lots?

It appears, therefore, to me that this was all a publicity stunt.

Mr. Collins claims to be an environmental mediator, but if he can't mediate himself out of a parking lot, how will he ever be effective for his constituency when he encounters those in Richmond that are considerably less polite than Mr. Lebo?
