George,

The putrefying effect of the Bush administration in our nation grows more corrosively on our values, faith in our democracy. Almost on a daily basis.

It has gotten so bad that it is difficult to pick an area on which to focus.

The man that endorsed Bush as God's chosen, Rev.Pat Robertson, issues a "fatwah" against the democratically elected president of Venezuela; not a peep from Bush nor his minions.

We know that those killed in Iraq are "smuggled" back into their nation, more like common criminals than returning heroes, simply because Bush does not want their fellow citizens to learn of the horrific cost of this illegal war ... It can bring a tear to your eye.

Now, we learn that the Pentagon treats the tombstones of the dead GIs more like bumper stickers, to promote their evil war, than to honor the dead.

Cindy Sheehan is treated like a pariah, rather than a concerned, angry, grieving parent of a dead son.

Much like the rabid right wing that attacked Rosa Parks because she dared to want to be treated like an ordinary human being, they attack Sheehan because she wants to be treated like an ordinary American.

Where is the outrage, to coin a phrase of the right wing attack dogs?

Where are the leaders of the Democratic Party?
