I want to offer my whole hearted endorsement of Kevin Lynch. Kevin is intelligent, honest, and hardworking. He has been a great neighbor, member of the neighborhood association, and City Councilor. He cares about Charlottesville now and into the future. He is looking out for the residents of Charlottesville: black & white, rich & poor. He realizes that we have limited municipal assets and must manage them as wisely as possible. He is not positioning himself to run for a higher elective office. We are very lucky to have someone like Kevin who is willing to make the commitment to serve the people of Charlottesville and protect the wonderful quality of life we have here.
