Listening to the Right Wing whine today, about the Supreme Court overturning sodomy laws, and couching it in terms of inappropriate judicial activism by the Court is laughable. Where were all of these principled conservatives in 2000 when the Court's judicial activism handed Bush a bogus victory in Bush v. Gore? Do I smell more than a hint of hypocrisy in today's carping?
