I believe strongly in the power of sincere prayer when it is used in a positive and heartfelt manner. There are innumerable examples in the lives of many of us which prove that prayer has power.

However, prayer announced for political purposes is nothing more than fools gold, all glitter and no substance. It is strictly window dressing and is believed only by those seeking an easy solution to concerns they hold but are unwilling to get involved with solving.
