George,

Recent newspaper information was vague about what to do with duct tape and plastic. So, I called the White House for a response. George W. Bush's Homeland Security Office advises a two-step solution concerning terrorism:

FIRST, Put the duct tape over the seams in your duct work and this will help your furnace work more efficiently.

SECOND, Put the window plastic over drafty windows to reduce cold air entering your home.

You will need less fuel.

This will irritate Saddam.

Cheers!

Btw, I am guessing this will work for the snowstorm too.
