Is anybody but me annoyed about the "deck of cards" of Iraqis that the U. S. military is collecting and bragging about? To me it trivializes so many things about this war that it's hard to know where to start. It makes me furious. This war is not a card game. Those are people, not cards.

It's like Alice in Wonderland, only Alice is children's fiction and this war is real. Any day now they will start talking about drawing to a busted flush, or bidding a grand slam, or something. I could go on and on.

Does anyone else agree with me?
