George,

Art and all is all very wonderful in Meredith's campaign but maybe we should focus all our efforts between now and November 5 on this WAR business, and specifically organize to show Virgil Goode at the ballot box that the people he allegedly 'represents' are VERY UPSET OVER HIS VOTE FOR THE WAR.

How about placards saying A VOTE AGAINST VIRGIL IS A VOTE AGAINST WAR.

Do voters care about this war fever at all? My surmise on this is Yes they (we) do; this is the defining issue of what it will mean to be an American for the next 30 years.

And where was Virgil Goode when the vote was taken last week? On the wrong side of the issue, that's where.

Let's show him (and while we're about it, Meredith and the rest of the Dems) that we really care about this issue.

Be well --
