I want to put them around the rear window of Lem's pickup truck, but he says the cigarette lighter's voltage is wrong for the lights. Does anyone know of an adapter that will solve this problem?

After all, what could be more appropriate than shotgun shells lighting up a pickup? He could add a gun rack and a confederate flag for a fully coordinated look.
