Yes, I think that the fate of the Jefferson School WILL be an issue in this spring's election. AND IT SHOULD BE. My sense of what is right and decent in a community is deeply offended by plans to sell the property to a developer and ignore the educational uses for the school. This attitude toward the Jefferson School should not be tolerated by fair-minded citizens.
