My brother in law hit me with the "all property is ours man and you can't really own the land dude" argument when he was fresh from law school. In theory it is all so heady, academic and so socially hip.

But ... ahhhhh ...Bro-dude .... referring to society's wishes and the need to participate by defacing another person's property is so sophomoric and silly, that there is a cadre of Dems laughing at you because they remember when thought that too.

Max needs to get his head out of the bong and into reality.
