Please have Mr. Holden translate this diatribe. Admittedly, I have lost my understanding and vocabulary of the jingoistic expressions of a bygone era. The tactics of the period I still know and often employ to great effect.

Although I hate to provoke such a person who can jump from a local issue such as graffiti to globalization in one breath and I do not have regular office hours anymore, I would be glad to meet with any citizen anytime.
