I thank my supporters who encouraged me to run for the State Senate. It would be a great privilege to serve in Richmond and help Mark Warner fix Gilmore's budget mess. Nevertheless my first responsibility is to complete the job I was elected to do. I will continue to serve on the Albemarle County School Board as we strive to make our schools among the best in the world.
