Three hundred dollars off every taxpayer's taxes? In a year, that amounts to 82 cents a day. Al Gore figured that Bush's proposed "tax relief" would pay for one diet cola per day. No cola for those too poor to pay taxes. Well, for them there's always water, arsenic and all.
