"As Gov. Gilmore continues to defend his car tax cut and blame the Senate for the budget impass AND George W. Bush pitches tax cuts for the rest of us [more for the rich than for the poor], some of us are giving thoughts about how to use all of that extra money.

    I, myself, for example, have seriously considered giving my tax cuts this year to the Clinton Library.

    If you are of a mind, please send the top 10 uses you intend to make of the Gilmore and/or Bush tax cuts, and the most representative will be posted on my web site with full attribution.

     Big Spenders

    I plan to blow my "W" tax cut at the hot dog stand at the first UVA football game this fall -- that is, if he makes it retroactive.
