Dear George,

Once again a proposal to put a bandaid on a larger problem with noantiseptic. Rather than tackle the real root causes of disruptive students, Sen Barry has proposed a "feel-good" solution which cheapens a patriotic action. He obviously has never heard a class of eighth graders going through the motions to do something they don't want to do. This bill does little more than add another plice action to the plate of the teacher. I have urged my legislators to vote against it as unnecessary and I hope others will call as well.
