I
began my search Tuesday morning in search of Voters for Jesus. Both the
Republican and Democratic Presidential candidates had spent so much time
in church that they might as well be priests. And the Green candidate for
President might well be mistaken for a prophet anyway.
Why not vote for the main man? As
they say, Vote for Jesus? He is a leader you can trust!
Unfortunately, my search for Voters for Jesus was singularly unsuccessful.
Jen Fariello of C-Ville Weekly had
seen signs for Jesus on East Market Street. When I went to find them, they
had completely disappeared.
However, many of us, Christians and non-Christians alike, find the spirit
in one another. And none better can be found than in our community of Charlottesville
and Albemarle.
Below are some of your friends and neighbors who make Charlottesville
such a fine place to live.
