I think it is important for all Democrats who gave money to Virgil get it back and give it to his Democrat opposition. If not, he will be like many businesses who offer rebates to those who buy their products and make the rebate a hassle to claim thus have many buyers not bothering to file a claim. So Virgil would get credit for the offer (see Daily Progress editorial "Goode shows character by returning gifts") Monday, May 5th, and keep his money. The truth is that he was a snake in the grass to take it in the first place, all the while knowing that he was on the Republican side. GET IT BACK!!
