"We received quite a number of nominations for George Loper's home page. Some of the nominations arrived from current City Councilors, one of whom said the site was 'chock full of political tidbits about local, state, and national issues.' Others praised the 'blend of family, politics, and weird stuff'" (Rob Anderson, C'Ville Weekly, August 4 - 10, 1998).

"On a recent visit, the topics on the site ranged from 'Sex Ed for Interns' to the Charlottesville Sheriff's race. You'll have to sift through some family photos, and suffer with an overly large frame along the left-hand side of the screen, but the information itself is invaluable to political junkies. You'll also find a political 'Rogue's Gallery' here that includes pictures, bios, and stories about a slew of politicians" (Rob Anderson, C'Ville Weekly, August 4 - 10, 1998).
