Training Exercises at 205 Fifth Street N.W.
Charlottesville Firefighters were happy to use the demoliton of houses
at 212 Sixth Street and 205 Fifth Street N.W. as an opportunity for practical
hands-on training with tools in a controlled setting. Britt M. Grimm, Fire
Battalion Chief, says that it provided a review and experience for firefighters
of problems unique to older houses found here in Charlottesville. Here the
firefighters are shown at 205 Fifth Street N.W.
